I’m a CPCAB-qualified therapist and CTA-certified coach, supporting adults through emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the patterns that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.
People come to this work for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes something specific has happened. Sometimes there’s no obvious crisis, just a sense that things feel harder than they should, emotionally, relationally, or internally. Some people are looking for support in working through anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-worth, or long-standing patterns in how they relate to themselves and others. Others come wanting clarity, confidence, stronger boundaries, or support navigating important decisions and change.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in honest conversation. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently while you do all the emotional heavy lifting, nor the kind of coach who throws generic motivational advice your way. This is a space to think, feel, reflect, challenge old patterns, and move toward meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.
Alongside my therapy and coaching work, I’ve spent years supporting people through complex workplace, leadership, and relational challenges, which gives me a strong appreciation for what many people carry beneath the surface while still appearing to function well on the outside.
